About Us

Manastash Media is a fast-growing full-service agency that helps service-based businesses and organizations thrive through storytelling, content creation, and strategic marketing. We were voted Kittitas County’s Best New Business in 2025, and we’re looking for a Content Manager to help us continue our rapid growth.

This role is perfect for a creative, organized, and self-motivated individual who loves capturing content, engaging audiences, and developing brand narratives. With flexible hours, remote work opportunities, and creative freedom, this is a chance to grow with us as we expand our agency.

What You’ll Do


Content Capture & Creation
-Visit client locations to capture photo and video content based on shot lists and creative concepts.
-Edit content using Canva, CapCut, and other tools for social media, websites, and email marketing.
-Organize and store content efficiently for easy access.

-Content Planning & Execution
-Develop copy in content calendars for clients, including social media posts, stories, email campaigns, and website copy.
-Ensure all content remains on-brand and aligns with marketing goals.
-Use scheduling tools to plan and automate posts.

 

Social Media Engagement

-Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster community engagement.
-Identify trends and opportunities to boost engagement.

 

Website & Digital Marketing Management

-Update and maintain Wix, WordPress, or GoDaddy websites.
-Coordinate with our tech team for advanced website updates.

 

Marketing Strategy & Analysis
-Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine marketing strategies for clients.
-Analyze social media insights, email performance, and website traffic to optimize future campaigns.
-Refine and present client reports as needed.

 

Client Communication

-Occasionally meet with clients to discuss content approvals, marketing strategies, and campaign performance.

-Confirm and relay details with clients based on audience feedback.

Who You Are

-2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
-Experience creating mobile content

-Skills with basic editing experience (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
-Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and engagement strategies.
-Experience updating and maintaining websites
-Strong writing skills for crafting engaging social media posts, emails, and website copy.
-A self-starter and problem-solver who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
-Passionate about helping businesses grow through creative and strategic marketing.
