Content Creator
We are seeking a born storyteller to join the journey of Manastash Media, a grassroots communications team that specializes in connecting community through storytelling and building brands with edge. We are looking for a flexible creator who has freelance marketing experience and is looking for fun a side gig. Duties include: Developing organic social media, blog, newsletter, and other marketing copy for Manastash Media clients Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain client brands Overseeing day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency Interacting with customers and partners via the client’s social media accounts Analyzing Manastash Media digital marketing plan and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the client’s industry Taking on annual contracts and one-time, short term projects based on client needs Peaks of this role: Work from anywhere Make your own schedule Be a part of a community endeavor Required qualifications: Experience using Google Drive Experience using Canva Experience using Hootsuite scheduling tool Experience managing business social media accounts 2 years experience in marketing, copy editing, or social media management Minimum of 15 hours of availability per week Preferred qualifications: Resident of the PNW A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field Manastash Media serves as the client contact and manages partner communications, proposals, strategy, billing, and reporting.
